It's only science
Are there any hidden extras?
Absolutely not! We have endeavoured to ensure that the system is 'ready to go' immediately from power on. The system really is inclusive of all motors, control system, power supply and mechanical entities. (MACH3 must be purchased separately - MACH3)
NB. MACH3 must be running on a host PC with a 'PARALLEL PORT' to control the system.
MACH3 must be purchased separately.
What do I actually get?
Please refer to the manual available on request (in 'pdf' format); but to re-iterate a summary of what the system includes: The entire metalwork and mechanical elements, i.e. the structure housing the power supply unit, all the axes carriages, slides. A power supply unit, fitted within the enclosure, with an 'iec' filtered mains inlet socket. All axes motors, and motor control boards. System control board with parallel port interface. MACH3 profile ready to run XY2.
What are the warranty (guarantee) options?
All the parts of the system are purchased new. Phyzx will endeavour to pursue any warranty of items which appear to have failed within the standard 12 months of usage. However, there may a difference of months from the date of any particular item purchase prior to the date of sale of the 'system'. As such, Phyzx only guarantees the system for one month from the date of sale.
How do I purchase this plotter?
Please refer to the 'contact' page; contact response includes a summary of how the purchasing queue functions.
I want one, why do I have to wait so long?
All systems are only built to order, and an order is only instigated once Phyzx is satisfied that the purpose, benefits and limitations of the system have been accepted. Furthermore, due to purchasing economics, orders are only built upon a batch basis. Any particular order has to wait until the batch quantity is complete before any build is started. Also it may be that the current batch is also fully ordered. Therefore the order may have to wait until the following batch quantity is fulfilled. Remember that Phyzx do not require or expect any monies at any time until the XY2 system has been fully built. So however long it may be in obtaining a system, at no time are you expected to pay any monies.
Is this too good to be true?
In an age where the 'scams' outnumber the stars in the sky, our assurances would be utterly pointless. We have considered the most fail-safe procedure from the perspective of both parties and hence the purchase method. Even though you may trust us we cannot and will not accept or acknowledge monies in any form other than that detailed in the contact/ order details.
Is there long term support?
The system is considered to be, and provided in 'good faith', as capable of following any paths as directed by MACH3. There may be further enhancements or improvements due to customer feedback or the desire by 'Phyzx' to provide additional capabilities.
